DMCA / Copyright Policy

MyndHyve Inc. respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws.

1. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on our platform, please send a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent at dmca@myndhyve.ai containing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information to locate the material
  3. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

2. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice containing:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

3. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances. We may also disable access to content associated with repeat infringement.
